A few personal details:

"I was made in Australia - the barcode is still visible - and came to England when I was 28 years old. As a small boy I was the shyest child you could ever meet. I had a bad lisp and stutter. I over came this through daily practice and hard work. I believe it was this single factor that launched me on my road of learning. But after more than 22 years of passionate interest in how human beings become great people, I have evolved to where I am no longer shy and can confidently speak one-to-one and to large groups.

I am the proud father of three wonderful teenagers.

My own father died over 20 years ago, but what he taught me is still with me - He gave me the greatest gift any one could give another person, he believed in me! He also taught me to help as many human beings as I can. I try to live by those principles with every single person I work with."
